Aalo masala for stuffing(all purpose masala)
Potatoes (Aalo) – 1 kg. , boiled and peeled
Salt – 1 ½ tsp. according to taste
Red chillie powder – 1 tsp. according to taste
Aamchur ( raw mango powder ) – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Mash potatoes , Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Our raw masala is ready for use. To enhance it’s taste Put little oil in a kadahi , season with 1 tsp. saunf ( aniseed ) , ¼ tsp turmeric powder . add above masala, off the gas. Put coriander leaves, mix all well.
1.You can add chopped green chillies, chopped onion to enhance taste of masala.
2.This masala can be used for stuffing in bread pakodas , sandwitches , aalo parathas , mirch pakodas etc.
