Aalo Matar Dry Vegetable (Sabji)

Aalo Matar Dry Vegetable

Ingredients:
Potato(aalo)- 6 , chopped
Pea seeds- 1 medium bowl
Garlic – 5-6 cloves, crushed
For seasoning:
4-5 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1 dry red whole chillie
A pinch of heeng( asafetida)

Spices:
1 tsp salt, 1tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp coriander powder , ½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp aamchur( raw mango powder)

Method:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Put condiments, than crushed garlic, chopped potatoes, peas and all the spices. Cover with lid and take one pressure. Serve with parathas or pooris.
