Amla Churna( Gooseberry Spicy Churna)1

Ingredients:
Amla(Gooseberry) – 10
Heeng(Asafetida) – ¼ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Salt – ¼ tsp
Black Pepper – ¼ tsp

Method:
Boil the berries till become soft, remove seeds while hot. Immediately add all the spices in it, mix well. You can eat these in this form. To keep for a long period of time, dry these amla in sunlight. Grind and make powder of dry amla, which is called amla churna. Take 1 tsp of churna daily after having your food , for good health.

Tips:
Churna is good for stomach, helpful in digestion.
