Tasty versus nutritious chutney

Ingredients
Amla – 10
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Saunf( Aniseed) – 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – ½ teaspoon
Sugar – 5 teaspoon
Oil – 2 – 2 ½ tablespoon

Method:
Boil amla till becomes soft,cool them and remove the seeds. Heat oil in a pan ,put saunf than turmeric powder and boiled amla, red chilli powder, salt and sugar.Mix all.Off the gas. Amla meethi chutney is ready. Serve with chapatis or parathas.

Tips:
1.It is a very quick and easy chutney, you can save it in freeze for a long time.
2.It is nutritious as well as tasty.
3.Add more sugar if requires.
