Amla Mirch (Gooseberries with chilies)

Ingredients:
Amla – 10
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Saunf – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chopped Green Chilies – 5
Red chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method:
Boil Amla till becomes soft.Allow them to cool and remove all the seeds. Heat oil in a pan, put saunf,turmeric powder and chopped green chilies, Amla red chilli powder, salt. Mix all. Off the gas.Amla mirch is ready to serve.Serve with chapatis or parathas.

Tips:
1.It is a very quick and easy chutney, you can save it in freeze for a long time.
2.It is nutritious as well as tasty.
