Dal Palak Vegetable Recipe

Dal Palak

Palak ( spinach )- 500 gms. ,cut and washed properly
Yellow moong dal – 1 small bowl, washed
Tomato – 2 small size ,chopped
Garlic – 6-7 cloves ,crushed
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Water – 1 glass
Salt – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Little oil and jeera

Put oil in a pan, season with jeera. Add tomato, chilli, garlic and spices.roast for 3-4 minutes.now put dal , water, palak and cover . cook till dal gets soft.it takes 15-20 minutes.it is ready to serve.

We can take green moong dal.
