Ginger Tea, a perfect refreshing tea
Water- 1 ¼ cup
Milk- 1 ¾ cup
Tea leaves- 1 ½ tsp.
Sugar- 3 ½ – 4 tsp.
Ginger- 1 small piece
Put water in a pan , on the gas. Put tea leaves, sugar . Now add milk and let it boil. After first boil add crushed ginger to it.Now boil it on low flame for few minutes, till colour changes in brown.Tea is ready, sieve it in a mug.
