Imli Chatni (Tamarind Chatni)

Imli Chatni 1

Ingredients:
Imli ( tamarind) – 200 gms
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Roasted ground cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Red chillie powder – ¼ tsp

Method:
Wash imli and boil in water. Cool it. Mash and sieve by adding little water.mix all the pices.
If sour , add more sugar.
