Kachri chatni Recipe

Kachri Ki Chatni2


kachri – 250 gms ( 14-15)
green chilli – 2-3
garlic – 50 gms
salt – 1 ½ tsp
cuminseeds ( jeera) – 1 tsp
oil – 4-5 tbsp
turmeric powder – ½ tsp
chilli powder – 1 tsp
corriander leaves for garnishing


peel kachri , garlic and crush in mixer along with green chilli. Heat oil in a kadahi , season with jeera . put turmeric powder and than add the crushed paste. Add salt , chilli powder ,stir and cover it.let it cook. It takes 15-20 minutes.garnish with coriander leaves.

Tips :

1. Take more garlic , crush it thick for a different taste.
