kadahi paneer vegetable with capsicum and tomato sauce is healthy & nutritious vegetable
Kadahi Paneer (Paneer Shimla Mirch) Recipe
Tomato- 1 kg., make a ground paste
Capsicum- 250 gms. Chopped and fried in oil
Paneer – 250 gms. Small pieces
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – small piece
Tomato sauce- 1 small bowl
Salt- 1 ½ tsp.
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp.
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chana masala – 2 tsp
Kasoori methi – 2 tsp
Oil – 4-5 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Bay leaf – 2
Make a paste of Green chilli ,Ginger and Onion. Heat oil , seaon with Black pepper powder ,Bay leaf. Add Turmeric powder and above grind paste.cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add spices Salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder and tomato paste. Cover it and cook for 15 min. now add tomato sauce , cover and cook for 15-20 min. put fried capsicum, paneer, chana masala and kasoori methi, after 2 min. off the gas. Kadahi paneer is ready.
If the vegetable gives extreme sour taste, add little sugar for a fine sweet n sour taste.
Onions are optional.
