a summer recipe

Ingredients:
Kheera(cucumber)- 2
Curd (yoghurt)- 1 kg.chilled
Salt- ½ tsp
Black salt- ¼ tsp
Jeera powder(roasted ground cumin seeds)- ¼ tsp
Mint(dried and crushed)- ¼ tsp
Water- ½ glass

Method:
Peel and grate kheera.( taste kheera before grate, for sometimes it is bitter in taste). In a bowl take curd, grated kheera and all the other ingredients. Mix all. Kheere ka raita is ready.Keep in fridge, and serve chilled.

Tips:
1. You can add only salt and a pinch of red chilli powder.
2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
