Matar ke parathe

 

Ingredients:

Pea seeds- 1 bowl
Onion- 3 , chopped
Green chillie- 1 chopped
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp.
Red chillie powder- ½ tsp.
Salt- 1 tsp.
Raw mango powder- ½ tsp.
Garam masala- 1/8 tsp
For seasoning:
Oil- 1 tbsp.
Little Heeng , jeera , Mustard Seeds (rai)

Method:

Crush peaseeds coarsely.heat oil in a pan, add condiments, onion, green chillie.put all the spices, mix all.put crushed peaseeds, roast for 7-8 min.fiiling is ready. Make dough of wheat flour. Roll two small chapaties. Spread filling over a chapati, cover with another. Roll it with the help of dry flour. Bake this paratha on tawa, apply oil or ghee on both sides. Serve it hot with curd or any type of chatni.
