Parathas of Bajra Khichdi

Bajrae ke khchdi Paratha

Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 2 bowl
Bajre ki khichdi – 1 bowl
Salt – ½ tsp
Red chillie powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
Green chillie chopped – 1 tsp
Few Coriander leaves
Green onion chopped – 2
Heeng – a pinch

Method:
Mix all the ingredients, make a dough with little water.neat it with oil. Keep it for 10-15 min.
Make parathas , apply oil or ghee. Bake crispy. Serve hot with dhania chatni.

Tips:
1. Add garlic, ajwaine to enhance taste.
