Pure Rajasthani chutney ,easy vs healthy chutney (a summer recipe)

Pudina (Mint) Chutney2

Ingredients:

Pudina (Mint) leaves – 1 bowl
Green chilli – 2
Jeera (cumin seeds)- 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Aamchur (raw mango powder)- 1 teaspoon
Water – ¾ cup
Sugar – 3 – 4 teaspoon

Method:
Pluck mint leaves and wash properly. In a mixer jar put these leaves, chopped green chillies ,jeera ,salt ,aamchur and water. grind all. pudina chutney is ready . Take it out in a bowl. for variation put half chutney in the jar and add 3-4 teaspoon sugar .Grind. Now sweet pudina chutney is ready. Both chutneys are great in taste and served with chapatis.

Tips:
We can add curd instead of Aamchur.
