Roti Poha or Roti Pulao

Roti Poha

Ingredients:

Remained rotis ( rotis of 3-4 days old )- 15-16
Chopped onion – 7-8
Chopped potato – 3-4
Green chilli – 1
Salt – 1-2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 -1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Water – 4 glasses
For seasoning-
Little oil, jeera

Method:

Break roties in small pieces.Heat oil in a kadahi. Put jeera than chopped vegetables, spices. Cover it and let it roast till slightly tender. Now add small pieces of roties and water. Stir once and cover. Within 7-8 minutes it will be cooked.Serve it hot with curd.

Tips:

1.This is a fantastic way to use old and dried roties. Its really very tasty, even children are very crazy for this.
2.Vegetables are on your choice, you can take tomato, cabbage, long gourd etc. in this.
