Shahi Bread Uttapam, a perfect royal snack
Ingredients:
Suji( semolina )– 1 bowl
Bread slices 10-12
Onion – 6 small
Capsicum – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Salt–according to taste(1-1½ tsp)
Ground black pepper – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 1 bowl
Method:
Cut thin shreads of all the three vegetables . In a bowl put all ingredients except bread. Mix all. Spread this topping over bread slice. Heat a tawa , bake the bread first from the topping side, than the back side. You need not to apply oil or butter , because cream is in the topping; it automatically leaves ghee.Serve it hot with imli chatni or tomato sauce or dhania chatni.
Tips:
1.This is a delicious recipe with royal taste. You can chop the vegetables instead the long shreads.
2.You can add any vegetables in to it.
3.Coriander leaves can be added.
